The NBA is the biggest draw in the WNBA.
It’s also the biggest moneymaker.
The NBA has earned $8.5 billion from ticket sales alone.
The WNBA, meanwhile, has made nearly $1 billion.
And while the league hasn’t seen an uptick in attendance since the 2009-10 season, that hasn’t stopped the league from building the biggest fan base of any sport in America.
Here’s a look at which NBA teams are winning the most championships in the world.
Cleveland Cavaliers (19 championships) — A decade ago, the Cavs were considered the hottest team in the NBA.
But they’re now in a position to win the championship in just their fourth year in the game.
That’s a remarkable feat given the fact that the Cavs won just 10 regular-season games last season and were swept by the Orlando Magic in the Eastern Conference Finals.
The team won two championships, including a title in 2009 and again in 2014.
They’re also just three-quarters of the way through the playoffs and already have the second-best record in the East, trailing only the Golden State Warriors.
The Cavaliers also have a strong young core that’s made them a contender, with LeBron James and Kyrie Irving, Jr. coming off All-Star games.
They have a superstar in Kevin Love, the reigning NBA MVP, and an athletic big man in Tristan Thompson.
They’re also building a winning tradition that continues to grow.
Cleveland won the title in 2010, and won two more titles last season.
Cleveland is the only team in NBA history to win at least 10 championships in five consecutive seasons.
They’ve also won the championship once in their history.
Chicago Bulls (15 championships) The Bulls have won the most titles in the past 20 years.
They had a record of 25-1 during that span.
But this year, they’ve had a much harder time finding their identity.
Chicago is now 3-10 since a 5-4 start in 2015.
Chicago’s depth is an issue, and the Bulls haven’t had a franchise player since Dwyane Wade left in free agency in the offseason.
The organization has also struggled to find consistency.
The Bulls haven.
They didn’t win more than 11 games in any of their last three seasons, and they’ve been eliminated from the playoffs only twice since 2010.
This is a team that has struggled to build on a foundation built over a decade.
The roster is aging, and most of the core has been hurt by injuries.
They also have some of the worst defensive play in the Western Conference.
They need to address the problems that plagued them a year ago.
They’ll likely have to trade one of their big men, Jimmy Butler, to improve their odds of making the playoffs this season.
Los Angeles Lakers (15 titles) One of the league’s most successful franchises, the Lakers are one of the most recognizable teams in the sport.
They won four NBA championships in eight years and reached the NBA Finals in 2012.
They just finished their second season in Los Angeles, where they won just 22 games.
Kobe Bryant was traded to the Golden Warriors in a deal that included Dwight Howard, but the Lakers struggled to compete and have won just 13 games in four seasons.
But coach Byron Scott was able to turn things around.
Scott was hired after Kobe Bryant retired and was able add two more championship-caliber players to his team.
The Lakers have won two of their past three.
Kobe and Pau Gasol are the stars, and Pau has also helped bring back a winning culture.
Charlotte Hornets (14 titles)The Hornets are one the league leaders in total wins and points scored.
But their record has been a bit of a mess over the past decade.
After winning just 12 games in 2013-14, they won 14 games in 2015-16.
That wasn’t enough to make the playoffs, but they eventually finished the year at 15-6.
The Hornets also had to make changes to the roster.
They traded Kemba Walker, who was a fan favorite, to the Milwaukee Bucks in a sign-and-trade deal.
Kemba is back in Charlotte, and he’s a superstar, averaging 18.5 points per game.
There’s also been a big shakeup to the front office.
The franchise made some moves to make it easier for Scott to get his team to the playoffs.
They signed a new coach and hired head coach Byron Mullens.
They brought back head trainer Pat Murphy and former head trainer Brad Freese as assistants.
The league will likely be looking to bring Mullens back to coach next season.
The coaching search will be one of several that could take place this summer, and it could help the Hornets find a new identity.
Miami Heat (13 titles) The Heat are one a great basketball team that is consistently successful.
The Heat won the NBA title in 2006.
They finished with a record
